Despite the phenomenal growth of both the weight loss and fitness industries, most people continue to struggle with their health, weight and fitness!
We, therefore, created V-Fit to address the No 1 reason why people struggle - accountability! V-Fit offers a one-stop-shop to lose weight, get fit and feel amazing, and it is all completely ONLINE. An Interactive App to receive daily check-ins and accompanying lessons keeping you on-track and motivated throughout.
 A Personal Coach to help you get active and offer nutrition guidance to fit your lifestyle.
First, book your Personal Coaching Call with a V-Fit Coach. This is where we help you get clear, create the right focus and become more resilient and resourceful prior to getting started. 
 You do NOT have to commit to the full program until the end of the session where we will simply ask one question and will not follow up or hound you. 
 We will simply ask whether you would like to continue.
Second, should you decide to continue and enrol on the full 7-week program, you will download our interactive app to begin receiving your daily habit reminders and check-ins with your personal coach as you progress. There are 12 habits in total, four Primary Habits, four Accelerator Habits and finally four Lifestyle Habits to master.
 The question to ask, perhaps, is whether this habit-based coaching program could once and for all give you the tools you need to make some permanent and lasting changes to your weight, health and fitness.
